AirAid's classic style intake systems help improve airflow to the filter by freeing it from the factory air box and in most cases by relocating the filter to an area in the engine bay where it will receive not only more air, but cooler air. This process helps engines to produce more power and torque with ease and safety, making these kits a popular upgrade for many applications.
Each kit comes with a conical, 360 degree filter that is available in AirAid's SynthaFlow or SynthaMax filter media types. The SynthaFlow is uses a traditional oiled filter that allows better air flow but must be cleaned with one of AirAid's recharge kits while the SynthaMax style is a dry filter that can be cleaned using household chemicals while still providing exceptional airflow. - Increases performance
